This morning, I did the Urban Assault Race in Denver. I haven't spent a lot of time in Denver so I thought it would be a good chance to see the city. You'd think I'd have see a lot of it over the course of about 25 miles but I was too busy trying not to let the lady in the green jersey and her husband beat me that I didn't see much. Anyway, the couple came in about 60 seconds behind me, mostly because they had trouble locating the rubber chicken in the foam pit.
