my toe is bloody

seems to happen every year after I run a lot. yet again, one of my toenails has fallen victim to the wild west relay. what's interesting is that it's a different toe. and actually, I think this one is going to make it (unlike the others that eventually fell off). this may be a gross topic for some of you but hey, it is what it is.
